We provide free shipping on all orders above Rs..4999/-.
Order Tracking
You can track your order status by logging into your account on our website. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the delivery progress.
Additional Information
- If you encounter any difficulties while entering your shipping address during checkout or account creation, please email contact@akayabyritika.com with your complete shipping address and contact details before placing your order.
- In cases where an incorrect shipping address is provided during checkout, Akaya reserves the right to charge a reshipment fee of INR 250.
- Please ensure that someone is available to receive the package at the provided address. In the event of a missed delivery, our courier partner will attempt to deliver the package up to one more time before returning it to us.
